Hotel D'Argouges - Bayeux

Many thanks to very attentive and particularly attentive staff for providing us with a very enjoyable short stay. The rooms are newly furnished and good sized and complete with elegant lighting and the style of an old chateau and a king size bed.

No reason to complain, we spent a fantastic time here. The hotel was reasonably spacious with a great and brilliant location near to all the significant sites in Bayeux, Center of Bayeux, and the town square...

It had marvellous and stunning location with access to Baron Gerard Museum nearby. The breakfast food was lovely, the staff were super-friendly👌❤

Adequate and very very good breakfast with croissants and meats - well worth the money. Free parking on-site provided👍

I really enjoyed my stay at this charming spot! The breakfast was delightful, especially the pastries and fresh fruits. I loved the serene garden area, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The service was like being with family, making my stay truly special.

Perfect for a relaxing getaway

The breakfast spread was excellent. Pastries, cheese, and fresh fruit, I seemed like I was dining in luxury. And the staff, they treated us like family, even suggesting the best spots to explore in the area.

It was a bit on the pricey side, but honestly worth it.

I had a lovely time exploring nearby attractions like the fine Bayeux Cathedral, only a 10-minute walk away, and relaxing in the small garden behind the hotel which was filled with beautiful roses, perfect for a quiet moment after a day of sightseeing.

The beautiful suite upgraded for our stay featured soaring 20-foot ceilings and comfortable furnishings. Enjoying wine in the serene back garden was a highlight, alongside the good fresh local produce at breakfast. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The hotel could enhance its kitchen hours for lunch options, as the kitchen was closed , which limited some dining choices.

Charming stay with great staff

We enjoyed 2 nights here and it was lovely! The girls at the front desk were super friendly and gave us awesome tips for dinner. Plus, the shower was fab and the in-room breakfast was a nice touch. Just wish there was better parking available, but otherwise, a great find!

Just a prime choice for a weekend stopover in Bayeux with extraordinarily good value for money. The receptionist even brought coffee to our room when we needed it. Make sure to appreciate the beautiful gardens during your stay.

The location is fabulous for wandering around town! Our family room was super clean and so pretty. Seriously, those beds were perfect for a cozy night after all that sightseeing.

I reminded me of I was training for the Olympics lugging my suitcase up those stairs-definitely not for the faint of heart!

The location of Hotel D'Argouges is ideal for exploring the heart of Bayeux. The staff was cute and helpful. The garden area was a lovely spot to relax in after a busy day. Breakfast was delicious with fresh pastries and ample choices.

I had a wonderful stay! The gardens are lovely and peaceful 🌺 The only downside was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty in my room. A fantastic experience!

The warm welcome from the staff and the beautiful room decor exceeded my expectations from my previous visit. Breakfast was a good spread of fresh pastries and local cheeses, enjoyed in a lovely garden setting.
